Tasting Notes
Juicy berries, lots of strawberries will get your nose all excited. Refreshing pomelo, more strawberries and pink grapefruit tingle your tastebuds. This NV (no vintage style) combines grapes from 2022, 2023 and 2024, which results in a medium dry, fruit forward rosé, with the teeny-tiniest bubbles imaginable. Equally great sipper or food wine. A wine to celebrate everything big or small in life.
Production Notes
THE BLEND: Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier (pressed skins from the Blanc de Noir 2022), 10% Cab.Sauv. and Kerner.
Winemaker Notes
We capture and store the CO2 produced during fermentation and gradually reintroduce it into the wine to create gentle, effervescent bubbles. This method eliminates the need for a second fermentation (which would be part of a traditional Champagne process) as well as aging on yeast or sur lie. As a result, the wine is younger and fresher, showcasing powerful and intense fruit flavors. You might think of it as "an Okanagan version" of Prosecco.
