Production Notes
Picked at full ripeness, pressed at our neighbours (Summerland Heritage Cider Co.) as our winemaking equipment can't process hard apples. The apple juice started the fermentation right away at our winery in stainless steel tanks.
Winemaker Notes
Dry on the taste and soft fizz on the palate. A slow and longer fermentation results in a lovely refreshing finish. A dry cider which is full of flavours such as lemon peel, pomelo and green pear. Made from fully ripe apple varieties such as Gala & Spartan apples.

Production
Our ciders are ‘pur jus’, made from 100% fresh pressed apple juice and never from concentrate, made once a year- it’s a vintage product, just like wine. (No water, sugar or aroma is added).
