Production Notes
Picked at full ripeness, pressed at our neighbours (Summerland Heritage Cider Co.) as our winemaking equipment can't process hard apples. The apple juice started the fermentation right away at our winery in stainless steel tanks.

Sweeter on the nose in true apple cider style. It is made from apple varieties such as Gala & Spartan and undergoes a shorter fermentation process that retains natural sugars. This results in a medium dry cider with a luscious mouthfeel and a taste with hints of lemon curd and apple pie. The sweetness is balanced with a refreshing acidity.

Production
Our ciders are ‘pur jus’, made from 100% fresh pressed apple juice and never from concentrate, made once a year- it’s a vintage product, just like wine. (No water, sugar or aroma is added).
