Tenacious Cider

WHY IT EXISTS: When the January 2024 frost wiped out our grape harvest, our estate apples stood firm, so we made cider instead of trucking grapes from outside BC. Handled exactly like our wines: hand-picked, pressed the next day, fermented long and slow. Named for the family trait that made it necessary. In 2025, all the vines bounced back, and winemaking kept us busy. But we didn't forget how our ciders carried us through a tough year, so we will continue to craft one cider each vintage.

IN THE GLASS: Medium dry with a soft fizz. Bright yellow apple flavour with a refreshing lemon drop finish. A brilliant palate-opener—it starts every tasting at the winery.

AT THE TABLE: Baked cheese dishes, seafood, or a hot afternoon all by itself—a thirst quencher, alternative to beer and a perfect cooking companion. Lovely with pan seared white fish and mango salsa.
